Iris Kyle Spotlight
Iris Kyle was born in 1974 in Benton Harbor, Michigan, the fifth of six children. Her early athletic endeavors included running cross country, basketball and softball. She was an All-American in basketball, and received a number of athletic scholarship offers. Iris attended Alcorn State University in Lorman, Mississippi on a basketball scholarship, majoring in business administration.
Kyle won her first contest in 1994 and earned her pro card in 1998. She has had a series of high placings as a professional, including seven consecutive top five showings at the Ms. Olympia. She holds the title of Ms. Olympia and is tied for the most overall wins with eight along with Lenda Murray (1990-1995, 2002, 2003), Lee Haney (Mr. Olympia 1984-1991), and Ronnie Coleman (Mr. Olympia 1998-2005). Iris just won the Ms. International title again and will be going for the record breaking win at the Olympia in 2013.
Iris typically competes at a bodyweight of approximately 155–161 pounds. In recent times Kyle had spent time trying to increase her marketability by auditioning for movies and TV shows.

Megan Avalon has been through the AO labs many times, but here’s a look at her first trip. I was contacted by Zenx007 to work on a new comics project featuring Megan and this was the test morph. Sadly the project never went anywhere.

Ripped Vixen Spotlight
Ripped Vixen started competing on the east coast in 2007 and took 2nd place in Novice Women’s Bodybuilding. She has won a championship in Open Women’s Bodybuilding and the Overall in Figure. Ripped played sports since she was 4 years old and has been competitive ever since. She began a serious lifting program at age 15 which improved her athletic performance. Growing up the Vixen played basketball, field hockey and softball and continued scoring points in basketball and field hockey during High School. A college field hockey coach recruited her to play for their NCAA team. While earning a psychology degree she was introduced to a new sport, lacrosse, where RV instantly excelled in defense.
After graduating on the Dean’s List, Ripped Vixen missed that competitive edge she has known her whole life. All the time spent in the gym inspired RV to become a personal trainer. She truly developed a passion for health and fitness. Shortly after, she acquired a NASM certification and started her own business personal training. Six years later, the muscle queen resides in Los Angeles training celebrities for a living. Ripped has fulfilled her dream as a sexy bodybuilder in Southern Cal! This is where the growth process started and you can see her buff body change. Recently, fans have inspired the Vixen to flex her veiny muscles on webcam.
Leg’s are her favorite body part to train. It helps to build her massive glutes. She flaunts her huge ass in tiny booty-shorts on herbicepscam.com and while performing heavy squats in the gym. The Vixen practices blood volume training that means higher reps on a moderate weight. She focuses on squeezing each butt cheek together really hard during exercise to push all of the nutrients in her thick ass.
